following criteria:
1. The free float of shares shall be high enough to generate daily
turnover of close to 100.000 shares minimum.
2. The shares shall be quoted on the main US exchanges or other
major exchanges.
3. The shares can not be in the commonly known "pennystock"
category as forecast and trend change generation for low-value
shares are by experience producing results of inferior
quality.
